Each purchase of busTRACE 8.0 comes with a one year subscription (including free updates and technical support). When shipping with the United States, we use FedEx Standard Overnight. When shipping outside the United States, we ship using FedEx International Express (2-3 day service). Customer is responsible for any import taxes that may apply. |
busTRACE 8.0 Single User License
Each Single User License ships with a single busTRACE Flash Drive. The licensed user is allowed to install and use the software on any number of
PCs. Only the licensed user is allowed to use the software.

busTRACE Upgrades
You can upgrade your license type after you purchase our software. For example, if you purchase the busTRACE 8.0 Basic Edition, you may want to upgrade to the busTRACE 8.0 Professional Edition at a later time.
The pricing for upgrading from one license type to another is generally just the price difference between the two license types. However, the upgrade price can vary depending on factors such as whether or not your subscription has expired or how many days are remaining on your subscription. If you are an existing customer, simply provide your busTRACE serial number in our e-commerce site and we will let you know your upgrade options and pricing.
Expired busTRACE Units
You have up until 30 days past your subscription expiration to renew your subscription at the discounted price shown above. If you let your subscription expire, and later want to renew it, you can do so but the renewal rate will be higher. **
Our e-commerce site can show you your upgrade and renewal options. Simply submit your busTRACE serial number and we will show you your available options.

* The 1 Year Subscription Renewal price is only valid if you renew your subscription before your subscription expires or within 30 days past the expiration. Refer to the "Expired busTRACE Units" section above. Please note that busTRACE WILL continue to operate if you do NOT renew your subscription. Renewing your license is optional.
