You can configure busTRACE with specific capture settings. You may find yourself constantly going back and resetting the same settings each time you launch busTRACE. This can be a time consuming process.

There are two methods you can use to have busTRACE automatically use specific capture settings and/or trigger points.

Method #1 - Setting Startup Capture Settings

You can configure the startup capture settings by selecting Options from the Tools menu. Then select the Capture Settings tab. Full details are available in our Capture Settings Options section.

Method #2 - Saving/Loading Capture Settings

You can optionally save your selected capture settings to file and then reload them at any time. To save your capture settings, simply select Save Capture Settings from the Tools menu. To load in any previously saved capture settings, simply select Load Capture Settings from the Tools menu.

You can also have busTRACE automatically load your saved capture settings file at startup.
