busTRACE Storage Manager Professional Edition
The busTRACE Storage Manager Professional Edition allows the user to monitor the health of their storage devices. A high performance low latency RAM drive is also included. Only the Professional Edition of busTRACE 10.0 can read the log files produced by the free busTRACE Storage Manager.

View storage device information such as the device's model number, firmware revision, serial number, temperature, and more. For supported SSDs, view device lifetime remaining.

An end user can save the drive logs to file which can then be analyzed by the Professional Edition of busTRACE 10.0. This includes the drive's SMART logs, SCSI logs, VPD pages, mode pages, and more.

If a warning is detected by the storage manager, you will be notified as to the cause of the warning. A small optional taskbar applet is also included to monitor your device health in the background.

An optional low latency read/write monitoring driver can be installed on the target system. Any read or write failure is internally captured and the last failure detected is displayed within the busTRACE Storage Manager.

An end user can save the drive logs to file which can then be analyzed by the Professional Edition of busTRACE 10.0. This includes any errors detected by the read/write monitoring driver.

The Professional Edition of the busTRACE Storage Manager includes a high performance low latency RAM drive. You can create one or more RAM drives on your target system for testing purposes. Our RAM drives are fully SPC-4 and SBC-3 compliant.

You can optionally set a custom logical block size or physical block size as well as configuring the drive as fully provisioned or thin provisioned.

On systems with multiple NUMA nodes, you can configure which NUMA node you want the RAM drive allocated in. Our NUMA Node Performance Tester can help you understand how NUMA Node locality can impact performance.
